How to add money via Cashterminal?

To deposit cash into your account through a Cashterminal device, you will need to use a one-time identification code for each deposit. You can generate this code from the mobile app by following these steps:

1. Log into the Cashterminal Wallet.
2. Select ‘Add money’ from the Home screen.
3. Tap ‘Cashterminal’ and then ‘Generate code’.
4. Enter the amount you want to deposit.
5. Review the details and confirm. The app will generate a 13-digit code, which will be valid for 10 minutes.

Once you have generated your code, follow these steps at the Cashterminal device:

1. From the Home screen, open the ‘Other payments’ menu, then select ‘Digital wallets’ and choose Cashterminal Wallet.
2. Enter the 13-digit identification code generated by your mobile app and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Insert the cash amount you wish to deposit and wait for the terminal to count the bills.
4. Confirm the transaction and take your receipt.
