How to add money on cash desk?

To deposit cash at a counter, first, ensure that the service is offered at the specific location. You can check all the offices and partners that offer this option here.

To load your Cashterminal Wallet or deposit funds into someone else’s account, you need to provide the cashier with the mobile number linked to the Cashterminal Wallet or directly the IBAN of the account you want to deposit cash into. If you don’t know how to check your IBAN, please read here.

Please note that you will need to show your ID so that the cashier can enter your details as the depositor. iCard AD is a licensed financial institution and must verify your identity when performing this service. This process is mandatory and complies with applicable Bulgarian legislation.
