My residence permit has expired. What should I do?

We have to keep your information up to date so you can take advantage of all Cashterminal Wallet services. That’s why, if your residence permit expires, you’ll start receiving reminders to upload a new one. 

Kindly note that if you don’t upload your new residence permit, your account will be restricted because of legal reasons and we can’t provide you with financial services if we don’t have a valid ID document from you.

We’ve made the process fast and easy – just follow these steps: 

1. Log into your Cashterminal Wallet app.
2. A request for uploading your document will pop up.
3. Take a photo of your document or choose a file from your storage.
